    Eric, I went to your TG seminar in Raleigh last week. Fantastic! I have a question. A few of us in Durham are working on a database of ministies in our city and we are thinking about how to categorize them. I mentioned to the group that you were writing a book about 10 causes that you see in Scripture. Can you give me a short description of these 10 causes? Thanks! Page

      I’m glad you came for the Raleigh seminar last week, Page! Great times. I am at the beginning of writing the book and am scheduled to complete it by November (gulp!). Over the next few months I’ll be posting more and more material that’s related to the book, including the list you requested, so if you’d permit me to defer your request for just a bit longer, I’d be most grateful.
